What qualifies as a large group?
Large groups are parties of 9 to 15 guests.
What if there are more than 15 people in my group?
Groups of 15 or more should inquire about booking a private event at events@mileaestatevineyard.com.
Is advanced notice required when booking for a large group?
Inquiries about large party seating must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Seating will be subject to table availability.
Is my party guaranteed an indoor/outdoor table?
Reservations cannot guarantee a specific table. Preferred seating, such as outdoor seating when the weather permits, is given to our reservations subject to availability, but the specific location of the table cannot be guaranteed.
How do large group tastings work?
We have a pre-selected wine flight. However, we can work with you to curate a flight based on your group’s preferences and the whole group will be served the same flight.
What is required to reserve a table for a large group?
To secure the reservation for your large party, we require the purchase of a gift card equivalent to the food and beverage minimum at the time of reservation. The food and beverage minimum is $50 per person for groups of 9 or more. Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill for all large group reservations.
What can my gift card be used for in regards to my reservation?
The $50 minimum per person will be put towards tasting flights, food, and by the bottle or by the glass purchases.
How do large group reservations work if you are a club member?
All the Milea wines are discounted based on membership status. We can apply the complimentary quarterly tastings toward the flights, however the food and beverage minimum must still be met.
Are options for food available?
Food is available from our kitchen subject to local and seasonal availability.
