Cab Franc Forward is a coalition of New York’s top wineries, united in elevating Cabernet Franc as the state’s premier red varietal. Since its sold-out NYC debut in February 2025—with features in Forbes and other leading publications—CFF has captured the attention of wine lovers nationwide.

6:30 PM – Cocktail Hour
Begin your evening with a scenic reception on the Milea Estate patio, featuring a curated lineup of wines from all participating wineries. While Cabernet Franc takes center stage, you’ll also enjoy rare and diverse selections showcasing the full expression of New York State terroir.
7:30 PM – Four-Course Dinner
A seasonal, terroir-driven menu prepared by Chef Kim, paired with a range of Cabernet Franc wines—from bright rosés to bold, age-worthy reds. Expect benchmark vintages and exclusive pours not available anywhere else.
